Due to an ongoing shortage of spay/neuter availability and resources, Outsiders TNR is unable process new Requests for Trap/Neuter/Return Assistance at this time. Closing our form is necessary at this time in order to prioritize the assistance of those already waiting and take stock of our current process/resources. An announcement will be made on social media when our Request for Assistance form is made active once again.

For those on our current waitlist, both active and pending, your project requests will continue to be addressed in the order received and as the resources are available to do so.
